About the Role
You'll be building real products — not maintaining legacy code. Projects range from B2B SaaS platforms to AI-integrated web apps. You'll contribute from API design to frontend implementation.
What You'll Do
- Develop full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
- Design RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend React applications
- Build reusable React components and manage state with Redux or Zustand
- Implement authentication — JWT, OAuth, session management
- Work with MongoDB Atlas and Mongoose for data modelling
- Integrate third-party APIs — payment gateways, messaging, storage
- Debug, optimise, and maintain existing applications
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of MERN stack development experience
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals — ES6+, async/await, closures
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- React proficiency — hooks, context, component lifecycle
- MongoDB experience — schema design, aggregation pipelines
- Git version control and collaborative development
- Portfolio or GitHub showing real MERN projects
Nice to Have
- TypeScript experience
- GraphQL knowledge
- React Native experience
- Docker and deployment experience
