About the Role
You'll work closely with our designers and full-stack engineers to build beautiful, fast, and accessible interfaces. We care deeply about frontend quality — pixel-perfect, performant, and accessible.
What You'll Do
- Build responsive React/Next.js UI components from Figma designs
- Implement animations and interactions using Framer Motion or CSS
- Optimise Core Web Vitals — LCP, CLS, FID — to hit Lighthouse 90+
- Ensure accessibility compliance — ARIA labels, keyboard navigation, colour contrast
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs
- Write component tests and maintain Storybook documentation
- Review designs for feasibility and suggest implementation improvements
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of React development experience
- Strong CSS skills — Flexbox, Grid, animations, responsive design
- TypeScript comfort — typed props, generics
- Tailwind CSS experience
- Figma design handoff experience
- Understanding of web performance and Core Web Vitals
- Attention to detail — you notice when things are 2px off

- Next.js App Router experience
