About the Role
You're not a script-reader — you're a consultative salesperson who understands tech and genuinely helps prospects. We sell development services and AI solutions to startups and businesses worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, communities, and inbound inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and scope projects
- Prepare proposals and collaborate with technical team on scoping
- Follow up with personalised, value-first outreach — no spam templates
- Manage pipeline in CRM — track leads, calls, proposals, and deal status
- Attend relevant online communities and Slack groups for networking
- Hit monthly revenue targets and report pipeline health weekly
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or client management
- Excellent written and spoken English — global client communication
- Basic understanding of web and app development services
- Self-starter who can source their own leads, not just work inbound
- LinkedIn outreach and Apollo/Sales Navigator experience
- Organised CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene
Nice to Have
- Experience selling tech or software development services
- Global client experience — US, UK, Australia, Europe
- Understanding of AI and machine learning services
- Network in startup or SME founder communities
